Hot mixer
Cooks tulumba dough and mixes it with eggs in the same bowl; it also mixes lokma batter.
- 8 kg of dough per batch
- LPG-heated bowl
- Stainless bowl and beater
What does it do?
Tulumba dough is first cooked over heat, then mixed with eggs. By hand this takes a lot of arm work, and the consistency changes from one pastry chef to the next. The hot mixer has an LPG burner under the bowl: you cook the dough and then mix in the eggs in the same bowl.
You can mix lokma batter with the same machine. The bowl and beater are stainless steel. Three-phase models run at two speeds, single-phase models at multiple speeds.
