Traditional dessert machines

Machines for producing baklava, burma kadayif (rolled shredded-pastry dessert), lokma (fried dough balls in syrup), tulumba (fried ridged dough in syrup) and halka (ring-shaped tulumba). The recipe and the craft are yours; the machine rolls the dough to the same thickness, cuts it to the same size and drops it the same way, every time.

Which machine for which dessert?

You choose the machine by the dessert you make. If you make baklava, two machines cover the job: one that rolls out the phyllo and one that cuts the tray. For each of the other desserts we have a dedicated machine.

When you ask for a quote, it helps if you tell us which desserts you make, roughly how much you produce per day, the size of the area where the machine will stand, and the electricity and gas connections at your site. That way we can recommend the right machine faster.
