Service and spare parts
We handle installation, operator training, maintenance, spare parts and technical support for the machines we build ourselves. You can send your service request by phone or WhatsApp.
What we do
Installation and commissioning
We put the machine in place at your premises, check that every connection is correct and run it for the first time together with you. We set it up for the product you make and hand it over in working order.
Operator training
We train the staff who will run the machine, at your premises and with your own product: operation, settings, cleaning, daily checks and what to watch out for.
Maintenance
We service the machine to keep it running smoothly: checking wear parts, adjustment, lubrication and cleaning. Together with you, we decide how often it needs servicing based on the machine and how heavily it is used.
Spare parts
Because we build the machines ourselves, we also supply the spare parts. To find the right part, just send us the machine name and, if possible, a photo of the part.
Technical support
If there is a fault or a settings problem, we first try to understand it with you by phone or WhatsApp, using photos and video. If it can't be solved remotely, we schedule a service visit with you.

Send us the machine name and the problem you are having. If you add the details from the label or plate on the machine, it is easier for us to identify it.
Send a photo or video
A short video or photo showing the problem makes it much easier for us to understand the fault remotely.
We plan the fix together
If the problem can be solved remotely, we guide you step by step. If a part or a service visit is needed, we plan it with you.
