OneTech Machinery is an İzmir company that has been building, since 1997, machines and stainless steel equipment for dessert shops, pastry shops, bakeries and cafés. Here is a short introduction to who we are and what we do.
Who we are
We build traditional dessert machines, bakery and pastry machines and stainless steel equipment in our own facilities in İzmir. The company that builds your machine is the same one that installs and services it.
We work with baklava and dessert producers, pastry shops, bakeries and cafés. Our customers are in Türkiye and abroad.

What we make
Machines
Baklava dough sheeters and cutting machines, plus machines for burma kadayif (rolled shredded-pastry dessert), lokma (fried dough balls in syrup), tulumba (fried ridged dough in syrup) and halka (ring-shaped tulumba); dough mixers, planetary mixers, slicers and cake machines.
