Gear-driven spiral dough mixer
A gearbox-driven spiral mixer; with no blade in the bowl, the dough warms up less. 160 kg dough capacity.
- Dough temperature sensor
- No blade in the bowl
- Two speeds, emergency stop
What does it do?
If the dough warms up while mixing, fermentation gets out of hand and you have to add ice. With no blade in the bowl, the dough warms up less and you need less ice.
A sensor in the mixing head lets you watch the dough temperature throughout. There is a separate timer for each of the two speeds, an emergency stop and a safety system on the lid.
