What does it do?
Filling with a piping bag tires your hands and gives a different amount on every layer. The pump delivers the cream at the speed you set; you only guide it.
You control it by hand or with a foot pedal, so both hands stay on the cake. It has a 15-litre hopper and a stainless body, and runs quietly.
